Returns & Refunds Policy

At Maysense, we are committed to providing the highest quality Canadian-made longevity and skincare solutions. Given the nature of our health and wellness products, we have established the following return and refund guidelines to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be unopened and unused, with the original safety seal completely intact.
  • It must be in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Any product where the safety seal has been broken or tampered with.
  • Items that have been opened or partially used.
  • Individual items from a bundle/set (unless the entire set is returned unopened).
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at maysenseshop@maysense.com.

To expedite the process, please include:

  • Your Order Number.
  • Clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping packaging. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a replacement or a full refund.

4. Return Shipping

  • Change of Mind: For standard returns (unopened items), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
  • Our Error: If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, Maysense will provide a pre-paid return label.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (e.g., Shop Pay, Credit Card) within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
